AED/CPR Training Information

We are pleased to announce that we are offering CPR/AED safety training session on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at the Readington Middle School.

The Heartsaver® CPR AED course will instruct you how to respond to a cardiac emergency and will cover how to use an AED (automated external defibrillator) and perform hands-on CPR. Sudden cardiac arrest can strike persons of any age, gender, race, and even those in good health.

This class is a direct result of the newly acquired outdoor AED units that our league will have mounted this year at all of our fields at the Railroad Ave. Complex.

The training is made possible by a grant from The Janet Fund, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing sudden cardiac death in New Jersey’s youth through awareness, legislation, AED placement and training.

We will be collecting a suggested $5 donation at the door.

Right now these classes will only have the capacity for 60 people throughout the day.  We will initially open it up to managers and coaches but by February 20th will open it up to all adults.
